Refund & cancellation policy
Myhospitalsoftware.com is SaaS (Software as a Service) platform and do not deal or sell any physical products.There is no refund on the purchases made on Myhospitalsoftware.com after the trail ends unless there is a critical downtime or major technical glitches on website which hampered the critical activities of the subscribed organization.
Refunds will be processed for the current subscription period based on approval from all developers and management.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Cancellation or deactivation of the subscription can be requested at contact@aprion.com and the data associated with the subscribed organisation can be downloaded in Excel format from "reports" section once site admin logins. Manual data retrieval request from the developers of MyHospitalSoftware.com will not be encouraged and we do not access or monitor any subscribed organisation data.
